About Our Company

Spyker Contracting began building its name and reputation over 20 years ago. The company started as a residential contractor working around the Defiance, Ohio area. As the company grew we began to comprehend that there was more to contracting than just building houses.

With a growing crew and a growing list of clients something needed to be done to make sure each client was happy. The realization was made that weaning the business from residential contracting to commercial contracting was the key. This way the company could specialize its skills and give attention wholly to the commercial customers. This has allowed Spyker Contracting to become expert at acquiring, evaluating and recommending the best materials and subcontractors for any commercial steel building project to the ultimate satisfaction of the customer.

Now 20 years and dozens of projects and a long list of satisfied and return customers later Spyker Contracting is the premier steel building contractor in Northwest Ohio.
